If you have already received your tracking number, you can track your order here.

If you haven't received your tracking number yet, your order is still processing. Processing takes between 3 and 5 business day from the moment you placed your order.

If you haven't receive your tracking number after 5 business days from the moment you placed your order, please contact us here.

In principle, we ask our customers to refrain from cancelling orders.

You are welcome to change or cancel an order as long as we haven't shipped it out, however we are unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped out. Processing time can sometimes take up to 5 days, but most orders are sent out within 24 hours.

We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel, or if you need to change something about your order. If you delay it, we might not be able to help you. We apologize in advance.

If you decide to cancel or change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. 

The Kawaii Factory will automatically issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Item is out of stock.
• Item cannot be shipped to your country or state due to legislative restrictions.

• Item cannot be shipped to your country or state due to legislative restrictions.
• Your payment provider did not authorize the transaction.

If you see no updates on your tracking page, it might be because:

• Your package is in the process of clearing customs. This can take up to 7 business days at times, during which your tracking number will show no updates.
• The courier has not updated the tracking number. If you think this has happened to your order, please contact us.
