Cute but a bit itchy

I love the shirt a lot but I find myself not wearing it often because where the sleeves start makes it very itchy on my skin. I'm guessing it's because of the material and how it was sewn there. But it's really cute and shown as advertised.

Its not one size

It says its one size fit all but im a small person myself and this shirt hardly made it over my shoulders. This is like a kids top its super small
